how much is that thingy in the window?

And another thing: how can a very large manufacturer and distributor of electrical and electronic goods have a shop that sells direct to the public which, without any notice or information, actually sells demo and used products like they're new.

And what's worse, they're not much cheaper but they use all the techniques like, was $199 now $159 etc. And if people don't know their prices they think they're getting a good deal when in fact you can buy them at T@rget and Km@rt for the same price or a little less.

As far as I'm aware, the law still states that a company must state clearly that goods are ex-demo or used or refurbished when selling goods.

Where's the consumer protection people when you need them?
