writers good and shit

You read Hemingw@y and 0rwell and you sigh, knowing how great writers can be.
Then you read J0hn IRving's latest and can't put it down, just like all his other books.
And then you wonder how book reviewers, even the media in general, can describe certain writers as wonderful, when in fact they're not. One book, even if it is made into a movie, does not a classic make.
